Purpose: One-time award for graduating high school seniors who are children or grandchildren of active, retired, or deceased members of Pendleton APWU Local 110 at least one year preceding application deadline. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to employees or relatives of employees within the following industries: designated career field.
