Criteria Applicant must be a HS junior, senior, college student, or their parent who is a resident of South Carolina and/or is planning to attend or is already attending an eligible institution in South Carolina. Entry form on sponsor's website must be completed for a chance to receive the scholarship. Award is a random drawing.
