Purpose: For any student who is a 1964-1975 Vietnam Veteran, or spouse or child of same.
Also available to refugees from Cambodia, Laos, or Vietnam. Applicant must attend a Datatel client institution. Completed on-line applications must be submitted by January 31. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
