Adult High School Equivalency Scholarships
(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)
Purpose: Designed to recognize outstanding achievement in the attainment of high school
equivalency. Students are eligible if they have been out of high school for three years, have achieved a minimum average of 80 per cent as a full-time student in courses required for entry into a postsecondary program, and are nominated by their institution. Two hundred awards of CAN$500. Must study in and be a resident of Alberta, Canada. Nomination deadline: September 1. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to Canadian citizens.
