Sigma Phi Alpha Undergraduate Scholarship
(Four Year College, Two Year College/Scholarship)
Purpose: Awarded to an outstanding candidate who is pursuing an associate certificate or baccalaureate degree in dental hygiene
at an accredited dental hygiene school with an active chapter of Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society. One-time award. Minimum 3.5 GPA required. ADHA membership required.
