Purpose: The Summer Program which takes place in Germany introduces students to German handwriting of previous centuries, exposes them to a variety of German archives, familiarizes them
with major research topics in German culture and history, and encourages the exchange of ideas among the next generation of American scholars. The scholarship covers travel cost and lodging expenses. Focus: History; Humanities Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
