Purpose: Scholarships worth 7130 Euros are available to young lawyers to gain unique insight
into the structure and function of German law during an eight-month program in Germany. Applicants must provide proof of a JD or LLB degree, proof of passing the bar examination, and be under the age of 30. An excellent command of German is necessary. One-time award. Focus: Law/Legal Services Qualif.: Applicant must be: age 29 or younger . High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. To Apply: Required: application form; transcript; essay; reference(s); photograph; resume; DAAD language certificate, notarized copy of Board of Law Examiners' notification letter proposal.
