(Four Year College, Two Year College/Scholarship)

Purpose: One-time award for graduating high school seniors, GED recipients, and college students currently or formerly in foster care or an Independent Living Program (ILP) financially supported through the Oregon State Office for Services to Children and Families. Award available to U.S. citizens.
