$1000 W. P. Black Scholarship Fund
(Four Year College, Two Year College, University/Scholarship)
Purpose: Renewable award for West Virginia residents who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need and who are enrolled in an undergraduate program in any accredited college or university. May apply for two Foundation scholarships but will only be chosen for one. Qualif.: All scholarships are for high school seniors. You must be a West Virginia resident. Award available to U.S. citizens.
