Purpose: For returning student who did not pursue any form of post-secondary education after graduation from high school or receipt of a GED for a minimum of 24 months. Applicants must be residents of Kent, Allegan, Ionia, Ottawa, Montcalm, or Muskegon counties in Michigan for a minimum of six months prior to applying.
