$2000 AFCEA General Emmett Paige Scholarship
(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)
Purpose: Award for persons on active duty in the uniformed military services or veterans, and their spouses or dependents.
Must be enrolled full-time in four-year, accredited U.S. college or university and studying electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, physics, or mathematics. Must have a GPA of at least 3.4. Graduating high school seniors not eligible to apply, but veterans attending college full-time as freshman are eligible. All other applicants must be sophomores or juniors when applying. Spouses or dependents must be a sophomore or junior at the time of application. Deadline: March 1. Focus: Electrical Engineering/Electronics; Engineering/Technology; Computer Science/Data Processing; Physical Sciences and Math Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
