(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)
Purpose: Awarded to students who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need to attend any accredited college or university in any state or county. Scholarships are awarded for one or more years. May apply for two Foundation scholarships but will only be chosen for one. Must be a resident of West Virginia. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. All scholarships are for high school seniors. You must be a West Virginia resident.
