Purpose: This scholarship will augment the unmet needs associated with usual and expected expenses such as child care, transportation, and some basic living expenses, in addition to
educational costs. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to the following races: Native American/Eskimo.
