Purpose: Scholarships in the form of forgivable loans are available to Black/African-Americans preparing for ministry. One year of full-time professional ministry reduces loan by one third.
Three years of service repays loan. Must be member of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), have a C++FA average, demonstrate financial need, be a full-time student in an accredited school or seminary and be under the care of a regional Commission on the Ministry.
